I'll not lie to you it's about 9/10 at the minute. Still can't drag myself out of bed despite the fact I am starving and thirsty.

Can't honestly remember my last proper hang-over. New Year 2010 possibly...went for a walk. Even that was probaly a 4/10!! Clearly I'm a lightweight these days!!
I found scrambled egg (slightly runny!) and a large (pint!) of tea sorts it out. Though I did use to like a pint of milk, 2 fresh eggs and 4 or 5 scoops of 'Marvel' (other powdered milks are available!) shook up in a shaker, or whisked well!!
A pathetic 1/10 today
It was about 7/10 when I woke up but two hours' scrubbing the algae and grime off the backyard flagstones with a broom and hosepipe sorted that out well and truly.
Ready for a pint now.
You might aswell not bother getting up for a drink as i expect you will still have enough alcohol in you to supress your body's ability to hang onto water. It won't help your hangover either; fermentation of beer produces many highly toxic byproducts which are currently poisoning your system, such as Esters, Ketones, and numerous Organic Acids. Food will most probably make you throw up too, try not to get too pissed next time.
Never again! I don't think i've properly sobered up yet, but something like this should sort me out shouldn't it mr B ?

mildly off colour this morning, 2/10 only.
Yesterday's hangover was a 2/10 - very poor show considering the hen party I was at on Saturday night - should've been a 7 or 8 at least!
It did rise to a 4/10 by about 9:30. I didn;t feel badly, just very sleepy and whingey.
The full english breakfast has sorted me out. I drank an entire punch fountain on Saturday night and spent the early hours of Sunday morning walking round in my mates "mason" clothes. Bloody Masons.
PS - Think i'll go for a run on the way home round Tandle Hills, that will definitely sort my head out.
.
Maybe against your dietary wishes these days but a curry before a bender numbs the effect of alcohol:thumbup:
Alcohol alters my metabolism for days on end after a sesh. My eczema flares up, my eyes dry out, and i lose so much sleep i have to ask for time off work; i also usually come down with a cold bug too because of immune system supression. I now only quaff my yorkshire ales in the sterile environment of the living room, the fact i have no friends these days is purely coincidental.

Something to go with your beers!
Feeling a solid 8 now
Just had an egg butty in the cafe and it was like Withnail and I, I just looked at the world with utter hate and contempt.
Hangin
A friend has arrived to stay, we are off up the pub for a "session". Life could be messy and painfull by the morning.
Irn Bru is the king of hangover cures. On the morning of the second day of my stag do I was in a right state - couldn't manage my fry up, couldn't even go near a pint. Had the shakes, nausea, anxiety the lot. A litre of Irn Bru and 30 minutes later I was right and ready for another day on it.
I remember my mate's stag do in Budapest, i got so wrecked on the first night it left me a gibbering wreck on the second day. 2.5hrs sleep and up at 8 for some grub; we were going to a shooting range to fire handguns and machine guns that next day but i was so paranoid i couldn't handle it. The previous night's alcohol started to wear off around 11 as we drove through the dodgy industrial end of the city to this former bunker where the range was, and by this time i was well in the grip of some vicious paranoia. I've fired a 4 Bore muzzle loader before, but i was a sweating mental case that day and just sat quietly in the corner of the firing range praying that nobody spoke to me and that we would all get out alive. Worse still one of the lads decided to nick a live 12 Bore shotgun cartridge and start pissing around with it on the minibus, i know what it's like to have a bad trip now.
Moley tomorrow ;)

I don't think it's going to be too bad, back from pub and many pints. Just for once I have eaten loads and not mixed drinks - hopes are high that I will wake up feeling human..........
2 pints of draught Black Dragon cider (7.2%) before supper. Missus says I'm looking a little "Hollow Eyed" this is a bad sign, time to stop now.
4/10 this morning after last nights social evening.
Should be fun at the fitness test at 9am seeing how other people are fairing!
6/10, wasn't too bad when I woke up, but it's creeping up on me, feel sick, head is banging. I now remember why I don't go out anymore.:w00t:
6/10 for me also. Not much is going to happen today!
