Just what the doctor ordered I'd say.

I had a 7/10 this morning, which is not good news considering I'm now at work but a bacon and egg sandwich sorted me out pretty well.

Yesterday's hangover was a 2/10 - very poor show considering the hen party I was at on Saturday night - should've been a 7 or 8 at least!
It did rise to a 4/10 by about 9:30. I didn;t feel badly, just very sleepy and whingey.

The full english breakfast has sorted me out. I drank an entire punch fountain on Saturday night and spent the early hours of Sunday morning walking round in my mates "mason" clothes. Bloody Masons.

PS - Think i'll go for a run on the way home round Tandle Hills, that will definitely sort my head out.

Can't believe you've still got the after effects from Saturday two days later Danbert. You're either a complete drinking lightweight or you had the mother of all sessions on Saturday night.

Maybe against your dietary wishes these days but a curry before a bender numbs the effect of alcohol:thumbup:

Alcohol alters my metabolism for days on end after a sesh. My eczema flares up, my eyes dry out, and i lose so much sleep i have to ask for time off work; i also usually come down with a cold bug too because of immune system supression. I now only quaff my yorkshire ales in the sterile environment of the living room, the fact i have no friends these days is purely coincidental.
