cheers

even, calendar. :p
They are on a new course this year - the pub that they were previously run from wanted a large amount of money for "loss of trade". Dave organised a trial run last year on the course, other than a short drop in and out of the quarry used for the start of the Auld Lang Syne etc. the runs are on well packed paths - they are more like a fast cross country run but with less mud. You could do them in road shoes with little problem.
All good fun:D
Info from Dave Woodhaed ...
The course is slightly longer this year, with an extra loop at the end - map here http://www.woodentops.org.uk/bunnymapweb.gif
All races will be videod with the film shown in The Sun afterwards
First race Tue 3 April

Entry form here http://www.woodentops.org.uk/bunnyentry.pdf
EOD only, but you can avoid some of the rush if you have your form filled in ready.
I've tried looking at the map and am still pretty mystified. I'm sure the course outline is a drawing of a giant rabbit - there's definitely an ear at the top right and two small quarries where the eyes should be. But maybe I'm drinking too much.
Can you spot yourself?

Which Bunny Run was that photo taken David? I think I might be on it (the fat bloke at the back), but I cant be sure. Is there anywhere I can get a bigger version of it?
Ah, just realised it was this years, so Im not on it. There was no photographic evidence of me last year either - the photographer had packed up and gone home by the time I got there!
Results from Dave Woodhead here ... http://www.woodentops.org.uk/07bunny1.pdf
Im not doing any of these from now on
I dont want any other problems with my hamstrings
please have mine!
Well i will sleep on it but at the moment i think i will take your good one
Rabbit you shouldnt have dodgy hamstrings at your age
I might have a go at the Bunny Run on Tuesday. Is the course OK for trail shoes? Where is the best place to park in Haworth that is handy for the start and the Sun Hotel and is the Sun easy to find?
I ran in trail shoes last week in preference to studs. Most of the route is very dry with just one steep descent.
Get there a bit early and you should be able to park on the road side past the Old Sun on the way out of Haworth. Folk did seem to ignore the yellow lines.
Read the signs, yellow lines gave up after 6pm:)

Just be careful of Changegate pay and display, if your a few minutes over on your ticket..you will get clamped!! Like i did after Auld Lang Syne..
Holmesy broke the record again today, down to 15:00 now, and he just got pipped to the egg stage by a speedy sprint from Matthew Perirson. First time at the new course and looks good, hopefully i'll be fit enough to run at the relay.
This is what Dave Woodhead does to his celebrity Bunny Run runners..
