    as a matter of interest has anyone run these bunny runs before ?? what are they like ?? look like a lot of fun just not too sure how it will help the London marathon training (sorry to mention a road race )

    They are on a new course this year - the pub that they were previously run from wanted a large amount of money for "loss of trade". Dave organised a trial run last year on the course, other than a short drop in and out of the quarry used for the start of the Auld Lang Syne etc. the runs are on well packed paths - they are more like a fast cross country run but with less mud. You could do them in road shoes with little problem.
