Well its good to run as a pony when there alot of ponies there that i know.

Any tips/advise for the course....i gather its quite flat for most of the race....any fast decents (i quite enjoy those bits )

Uphill to the White House pub, flat 8 miles, then back down the way ya came up. Just do it ya know

You will learn i cannot spell - and i also tend to do really bad type errors.

So i get the impression that this race has a climb at the start and then flat with lost of bogs.....wet, wild and windy from the pictures last year!

Should be good.
