    4th tempo run
    5th 10 miles
    6th cross country session
    7th 17miles

    2 hours in and around Lyme Park from the Boar's Head.
    Saw a runner disappearing over Sponds Hill as I approached from Bowstones.
    Anyone from the forum?

    Weds - 7 flat miles in MK at lunch time then a gym session back in Brighton on the way home.

    Just been for a run along the canal. Windy or what!!! Seemed like I did a PW on the way out. Expected to be able to charge back with the wind behind me. But no, I didn't seem to go very fast.

    always best deciding what you are doing tomorrow it's good for when you forget what you are supposed to be doing today.. then you update later with a few extra miles on top knowing you have trained harder than you intended.
