PPP for me too, got some good climbing done in the Lakes over the last week, it's all in the bank now. Aim to do a bit more cycling in between PPP and Fellsman

Gargrave to Bingley on canal bank, 19 miles, flat as anything except a rather exciting descent at Five Locks, so how did I manage to fall AOT at 10 miles and have to run the rest with a big, bloody knee and grazed elbows??

    2:15:22hr. Greenfield - Pots n' Pans - Alderman - Ashway Rocks - descent - Doves Edge (direct Ascent) - Fox Stone - res - Wimberry - Alphin - home!

    Approx 1900ft of ascent.

Great mornings run, managed to get out before the crowds arrived in the valley.

    Beautiful out there
