40mins of assorted hill and roads as recovery from last night's hill reps.
A gentle 30 minutes in undulating terrain.
The pains have eased to small niggles and the track to recovery looks promising
Frequent but moderate workouts on a consistent basis are the key to success

legs felt tired and heavy after yesterdays fittness test at Lincs Uni.
Max HR I achieved was 192 not bad for an old blokeShould get rest of the results through tomorrow. This was a fuller study following on from the Calderdale tests
I went for a plod up Mickledon today 37 minutes up and 30 down.
longer run planned for Friday with Daz and Nik
Windgather '9' for me today, Errwood Resevoir, Windgather rocks, Pym Chair, Cats Tor, Shining Tor, Shooters Clough.
4th day of running in a row, which is a first this year, and three of those were over hills over varying sizes.
I am officially bolloxed. Next stop, beer and curry.![]()
