I know there has already been some discussion on this topic but I have a place in the race and was wondering if anyone else had entered?

Nope
I recall replying to a previous thread months ago that I would not pay a fortune to enter an event that is entirely self-supported. What are you paying your money for ??
If you want to do a self-supported run there are plenty of other things you can do.

I've entered this and am looking forward to it.
I've just come back from from a 350k stage race in Switzerland (cost about £600 - take that DB ) which I hope will stand me in good stead.
What are Gruling Miles? Are they like nautical miles?
'Endurance Hardman Challenges' - l do appreciate a bit of Macho BS!

Wings Of Venom - Very Extreme Fellrunning
Hi
Well the Hardmoors certainly lived up to its name. Fantastic scenery, 6000 ish metres of ascent, with a teatime start the race ran through 2 nights, very cold on the night while hot during the day. The races organisation was second to none. Very helpful and freindly marshalls. A very tough event, would recommend this to anyone who wants a hard challenge. Anyone else out there who has entered this race in the past?
Anymore decent 100 milers plus out there, Apart from this and the West Highland Way Race??
Well done first of all.
I understood that was the first Hardmoors.
There is a 100 miles race down near Aldershot later this month
