    Yet when I suggested she get up at 5.30am to come to the whinlatter duathlon I got a drop dead look.

    Your right, it will be exacerbated if you don't find the racing lines as well, stray of course or take the more well used trods and they are alot more boggy and enery sapping.

    Looking forward to this one was hoping to get under 3hr 30 min but looking unlikely with the weather weve had but will have a go.
