    Llantysilio Mountain Race

    many doing this:

Second of the WFRA NW series.

6 miles, 2100ft, organised by tattenhall. I've done very little around llangollen so tempted to, but depends what time I'm starting work.

Is it an up down or a series of ups and downs?

no pub best not tell the guys i'm driving with or they might not go, will have to pour some beer into a flask, maybe I could buy a barrel and sell it from the car boot.

it's a Helsby club counter for us so maybe five or six green shirts on the day, see you there!

Opted against this now, done 7 races in 6 or 7 weeks, including an AL and a 20 mile road race and I'm broken, just think I'm going to cause an injury so I'm going to have a week of just running in the fells.

    Thumbs up Llantysilio Mountain Race

Thanks to the organisers and marshals at todays race. It was a cracker.

It was my first run of this race and I found it pretty hard going. The beers last night probably didn't help my cause, but, the beer after the race at the sun inn tasted all the sweeter having earned it.

    I'll be back next year
