Not had one myself from Wiggle but have only heard good things - unlike another well known cycle mail order company based at a place that sounds like Weston
Well I never. Is there really a River Merlin running through Central Lancs?
Never heard a bad thing about Merlin and I've only ever had good experiences with them (fnarr, fnarr).
As for Focus, no I don't have one, but they have been very well reviewed.
Good luck with it.
My only doubt with stuff like this is it's a pain in the arse to sort out problems, whereas if it's from a local shop you can take it back to be sorted.
They do look good for the money though.
Planet X would be on my list. Same issues being a web retailer, that's why they're cheap, but they should look after you. If you ask nicely they might be able to point you at someone local

Planet-X seems to be gaining quite a following. (As do On-One Pompino's around here)
If you read the tritalk forum the guys from Planet-X there often answer questions. They're still small enough to keep up with their customers on a personal level. You can always go and collect them over at their warehouse.
anyone got a planet x carbon road bike ?
