woo hoo my first AL!

thanks to Mr and Mrs Pee Jay for being my support team

was taking it so easy in the first half i became mildly concerned about the cut off at CP4, think i made it with about 15 minutes to spare.

then i was able to pick it up in the second half and even pass people on the ups

think i got in a few minutes over 4hrs - not sure how many.

nice to see everyone - thanks to kieran and his merry band of marshals!

This is me looking super happy to have picked up 2 jelly babies!

You certainly sprinted past me on the final climb - well done.

I even missed out on Emmi's cake. Went back to the car and decided that driving home was an easier option than walking back to the village hall.

I'm probably writing this in the wrong place but I really love that new james bond film - and especially the bit where the evil middle eastern terrorists grab bond's ukranian side kick, strip search him then march him to the piranha infested stream with a gun to his back - really fab scene!

Ratfink, being a girl, probably took a change of clothes, they think of everything and have a much better pain tolerance than us wimpy blokes
