    I'm in for what is one of my fave events. Had a grand day out last year with Bob and merry amongst others. Who else is in this year?

    where does it start this year?

    Same as 2008 or on the hill as in 2007

    Not for me this year - just not got enough distance in my legs Seem to be majoring on the sub 6 mile stuff so far this year

    Me again for another Grand day out, this will test them Nuun's to the full, horrendous cramp after 20 miles, mind you my longest run before last years hobble was 17 miles. Should be better prepared this year

    There's a stile in the fields approaching Mankinholes YHA at around 20miles that does me for cramp every year

    Just hope my legs loosen up abit from doing the Wye ultra.
