Even though it's the day after the Northern XC champs I really fancy this run.
I feel sure the course must follow the the circular tracks which service the drains up there and which go all the way round the reservoirs. Does anyone know for sure though?
Jan 28th, 10:30am. 12m / 1200'. Having reccied most of this route with Stringman and Chris last year I'd love to give it a go.
When we did it last autumn, dominion, I underestimated Stringman's determination to organise a race of it which is the reason why I took us across the bogs rather than round the drain which is the race route.
Should be a good one and I plan to make it my race to come back to racing form in.
Anyone fancy a reccy of it? It's not compulsory and it's not as though there's any navigation issues. Fast or slow as you like.

How about Sunday 21st Jan at 10.30 for a recce, Crowhill and RR? Can do a different day but having spoken to Stringman he can come along on Sun 21st in slight preference to Sat 20th.
Meet at the Summit pub of course. I'll pick you up from your house if you want RR.
I can do anyday that weekend but Sunday will be better. Yeah if you could please Chris
