I LOVE my bike, can highly recommend it (apart from the top brake levers ) It's light and easy for town and i have panniers for hauling my work clothes / laptop around too so it can be really practical! and as Ady said, its not so much a thief magnet as a mtn bike. £800 isn't too bad a price for a decent bike, i paid a bit less but that was luck and eyelash fluttering maybe paying a little bit more will encourage you to use it a bit more ......

Just 30 minutes on turbo keeping above 100 rpm.
Finished in a puddle of sweat.

A good 16 mile with Mrs Stagger. Works well up hills but only steady down. Got wet.

Mary Towneley loop today - what a super route-47miles of mountain biking with very little on the road , no main roads - only crossings. but how much climbing? One report has it as 4000ft, another 6700ft. must be well over 4000.
Made it a round 50 with an out and back on the bridleway to Thieveley Pike.

18 miles at a slightly faster average speed than usual. Must be the new RED tyres. Obviously...

YELLOW tyres are still faster, I will prove it to you...

Oh and I ran tonight, not enough time after work to get any bikes out...

61 miles, 6800 feet in 5 1/4 hours. Over Holme Moss from Bradford to Macclesfield. With a head wind all the way.

This is my longest ever bike ride, and my training guide tells me I should be tapering a bit prior to my 90 miles in two weeks' time.
