    Thirsk?

Due to be staying near Thirsk at the end of next week and wondered if anyone could recommend a good route within a 30 minute drive that is easy to find/park.

    Cheers

    Thanks Witton,

Looks like a good area to explore, especially as I will be visiting Northallerton as well.

Now to decide how far to go and which direction?!!

    Cool Re: Thirsk?

    Hi Davemac,
Here's a link to race routes on the NYM.ac website. There are some fairly close to the Thirsk & Northallerton areas - we have members from that area. There are description as well as maps of most of the routes.

    http://www.nym.ac/race_routes/fell_r...eland_area.htm

The closest routes would be 'Ossie Oyks - just outside Osmotherley,
the 'Whorlton Run' from Swainby, the 'Carlton Challenge' fro Lordstones Cafe near Carlton in Cleveland village to mention a few.
