    cheers - I remebered that i had the fra calendar after that i had posted my question too, by the way - long range weather forecast that i have just seen for next sunday is hot hot hot! 21C and sunny!

    Hope the marshalls at top of Whernside have plenty of water for you then - I was up there on the last hot year and although only an unoffical water station we were rationing to ensure the backmarkers got their share (not that you'll be a backmarker DS )

    I guess the current record holder won't be there next week, after finishing 103rd with 2:37:18 at the London Marathon today.
