    Milthorpe 10 tonight
    first race in anger for 26 years
    really have no idea how slow i will be?
    20.06 in 1983. can i break under 30 mins in 2010

    Schedule called for a quality hour on the turbo today, but as I'm off work I went over to the Horseshoe Pass.

    Plan was to do 10 * hill climb route .

    After 5 I thought 7 would be enough .

    After 6 I thought that's enough, I'd better save something for my 3000mtr swim tonight .

    target for the "10" was 30 minutes
    actual time was 30.00 minutes dead. good pacing
    I am quite pleased as it is only 4th time out on the bike this year and probably only the 10th time out in last 26 years.
    next week get under 30 mins!!
