How many years on the trot is that?
They mentioned it when he collected his trophy. I think it's 9 or 10.

Good result too for the young Will Smith. He finished 3rd overall, despite having earlier competed in the under 14s race. The future of fell racing is looking pretty rosy.

Yeah was a top run by Will, One wonders why Max wharton beat him in the u14s but Will put almost a minute into him on the seniors course.

Because Max won the one that counted and leads the U14 table

And what about you Mr Noel? 4th place is not to be sniffed at. Well done again, those times keep tumbling...

Cheers Simon. Yeah I was very pleased with 4th. I've still to beat my time from 2 years ago in Shutlingsloe. Although that year the wind blew me up the hill.

Mrs Noel was also very pleased to be first lady, and win her first trophy (albeit in two pieces!!). She's been teasing me since then because it's bigger than my first local's trophy.

Gracious Scott respect!. Yeah one more win for definite cant see anyone else other than Max or Will doing it. They are definitely providing value for money for the spectators this year. Uphill race should be a bit tasty.

Ohh yeah definatly, i dont know who was first to the u14s turn yesterday but Will was ahead coming back up the woods then did the thing were he just seems to blow up same as what happened at Coiners. Max just had that bit more to the killer finish i guess he let Will do all the hard work, but yeah the up hill will be good.
