All the teams are in it, although some teams have a bye into the next round.
No limit on pints. Choose 2 runners from your normal league team, and then the other 2 can be anyone you like. Its your chance to select the superstars!
Well here's my mighty cup team. After literally minutes of deliberation I have really gone out on a limb to add Rob Jebb and Simon Booth to my team of Hazel Robinson and Jon Deegan. Just hope they can put on a better performance than than the French in the World cup today.
I would be doing Ennerdale myself, but, well, its long and hard and theres barbeques that have to be attended...
