Well I ran round today and well............. it was hard. I will carry a machette as part of the hill kit to cut down the Bracken. The ground was very dry and hard, even more than I expected.
Unless there's some serious rain I may well run in trail shoes.
Legs and feet were very tired at the end.

Todays Faux Pas
I bumped in to this guy who looked a bit familiar at Holme Moss, I thought he was a Totley runner so I asked him, no says the guy so I shrug a nd move on thinking I'm sure I reconise him, then I see a BBC van and the penny dropped, Paul Hudson from look North DOH!!!

Think I bumped in to a friend of yours on the run Down Tooleyshaw and on the way back up to Blackhill. he was out for a walk round the horse shoe.
