Looks like the clag will be well and truly down on Sunday with a chance of heavy rain. Should make navigation interesting depending how far apart the markers are. Hope to see some forumites at the start.

I really want to do this, but Mrs BJ and little BJ think its unreasonable for me to drag little BJ and for him to wait for me so we can go straight to the match afterwards.

Looks like I will have to make do with Blackstone Edge on Wednesday instead.

That was a Swoopy pun if ever I heard one. Actually lives round the corner from my house (cognito st)

Well glad to hear its lashing down back home. Warm and humid here in New Hampshire - not easy to get used to running in. Didnt realise I could sweat so much.

Love the Crowden Horseshoe course and particualrly when its wet. Last year was very wet - watch the bit coming after the turn on Black Hill trig - bet there is quite a few lost shoes.

    Good luck all

Even last Sunday and Monday when I was running on the course, you could tell where the really boggy sections would have been had it been wet. Going to be fun on the moors tomorrow.
