This years Hardmoors110 has a catagory (under developement) for unsupported runners using a one drop bag system. Food wont be available at checkpoints but water at the majority of them will. This cat is open to runners who have competed and completed certain races such as the UTMB, WHW, Lakeland 100, past years Hardmoors 110, GUCR, Spartathalon and various other 100 mile plus races. Further info will be available on the website in a week or so time. The race this year will have a total mileage of 114miles and 6000metres of ascent

Now we are Talking, all of a sudden I am very interested:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
Apparantly £10 off to all UTMB runners (2010) who didnt get to run! (whw forum)
Sounds good just a pity I haven't done a 100 mile + race yet.
Maybe BG or Fellsman will count ?
It may be worth contacting the organiser Jon Steele??

I see the Hardmoors 110 has expanded.
The 110 has moved to June (first weekend) includes an unsupported cat for seasoned Ultrarunners
There is a 30 mile Race on New Years Day along the coast (Cleveland Way/Whitby-Robin Hoods Bay-Ravenscar-circular) The 55 miler in March (I think its still a Runfurther series race) and a new event on the original Hardmoors weekend, a 60 miler (second half of the Hardmoors 110 along the coast)
one of the Sponsors on board are the Climbers Shop (Ambleside)
This years Hardmoors 110 saw 11 finishers out of 30 starters:w00t:
This is a must; 30 miles on new years day for me and DT, what a way to start the year! :w00t:
