Yes Dan, thanks for these races, Lily Tarn was v atmospheric (looked like Excalibur was about to emerge!) fantastic to see juniors from Ambleside, Broughton & Helm enjoying running on the fell. Michelle's cow bell added to the atmosphere as well! The Helm crew all enjoyed themselves, really appreciate all your efforts. Cheers and thanks again.

Great vid. I had no idea there were so many kids running that night! I'd have gone and cheered them on, but thought their race was starting where the adult's race started (my fault of course, just not that familiar with Lily Tarn etc.).

Great to see anyway.

Eleanor. Are the age groupings based on age on day of race or as per the English champs races on 1st Jan? my girls are both 12 and DOB is 3.1.01 where they run in U12 catergory?

Hi Corniceman, age on 1st Jan so the same as the Champs categories. Your girls would stick in U12 for this race.

Just got home after a week in the Lakes. Thanks so much for organising such a great event. What fantastic weather it seems to bring each year! Hopefully our Easter trip next year will also coincide with Todd Crags and Loughrigg.

Another lovely evening for this race and thanks Eleanor and her team for orgamising such a great couple of races. Seems to get more popular each year! Only one more year for my kids and they will have to do the senior race!!
