An hour for me on the rollers after an 8 mile run.Cavendish out the vuelta. Must have been unreal trying to keep with the peloton in those temps.Lets hope hes fit for the world chqmpionships.

You'll be doing the 3 Peaks next year if you get a CX bike??? :thumbup:

I took my cross bike out over Haterall Ridge tonight... was good, and I reckon about 10 minutes quicker than last year... not bad
