Think I'll have to be out earlier than that Andrew.

Got to collect one of the kids from a music concert in Harrogate mid-evening.

    Shame I'll miss you.

A beautiful full moon and a clear sky meant 45 mins around the usual Settle haunts was anything but routine, didn't even need to switch the headtorch on.

A splendid 5mile tour of Ilkley Moor last night. Several regulars out including a 'very experienced fell runner with a Garmin'. The moon said hello for the first time just as we were changing at the cars prior to going to the pub :closed:

Last night's headtorcher wasn't, due to full moon.

Kentmere horseshoe last night, bit of clag on the tops only fleeting glimpses of the moon. nice and mild no need for windproofs first use of lenser h7 seems a good bit of kit

11 Bowlanders assembled in the car park of the Station Inn at Ribblehead last night for our annual November 'Bat Run' onslaught on Whernside; a sharp wind and very chilly with lots of cloud scudding across the full moon. The temperature rose as we headed out and got out of the wind; but then plummetted as we climbed into the clag and the wind that was laying seige to Whernside. Not a night for loitering at the trig point! The landlord appeared to be very chuffed with our custom, as no regulars/locals were in evidence.
A great hostelry but on a mid-week evening in winter it is always very reminiscent of the "Dales pub scene" in American Werewolf In London!

Great blast round Warrendale Knotts, Sugar Loaf Hill, and Peart Crags, at a good pace. Not going to wear my Walsh PB Elites for running again though, they're injuring my heels. Bah.

Regular club midweek 'torcher. Cold but decent evening for running. 5ml/800ft-ish

You forgot to mention the several new footpaths we encountered, Andrew!
