Im drinking more tham im running at the minute struggling with injury so barely running :/ cant see me winning owt anytime soon, I might do a parkrun to boost the confidence!!

good that you seem to be runnig well jez well I was planning on giving my all training for the 3 peaks, but seeing as i cant train/run hardly, that plan is out the window :/
think i'll try and hike myself fit!! maybe a fast 72 mile walk round the lakes!

Anglezarke Amble tomorrow. Too cold to walk - running will keep me warm. Then somehow I need to keep warm at CP9 on Winter Hill on Sunday. At least it'll be warmer there than CPs 4, 6 or 1/8.
