Will someone please tell me that they also got lost on the last 1/2 mile descent ? We ended up doing 11.5 miles on leg 1 !! We ended up approaching the pub along the river bank having dropped down 1/2 a mile down the road. Flying up until that point. What if .....................................? 2nd mixed team.

I know where you went wrong, just after the grassy descent I expect you went straight on/right past the post with a Calderdale footpath marker on it. Should have been a left turn down a rocky path to join the road higher up. Easy done

Leg four for us then ran back again to get some miles in.Must say I was suprised how many folk asked us if they were going the right way.
