Friday - get to Keswick (at some point) - go for a WALK (or sommert)
7pm or maybe 7.30, about 8 really, meet in the pub err the one near that shop selling the Norwegian hats
have fun be merry
Saturday - meet Amex at the spectacular location supplied somewhere...at about 10am
go for a walk/run/shuffle
7pm meet in the George for pre curry bevvies
8pm - curry
10pm - pub
11pm - the Loft
12pm - DANCE OFF....last man standing
be warned - Fleeter in attendance...men, get practising!

All being well we will meet at Moot Hall at 10 am i suggest this so we can use all available transport then out to Loweswater to the start point, if parking is difficult at start location their are other parking locations nearby, we will then set off and the trick is to be on Darling fell at 12 noon.
Some will make their own way to Loweswater so it will be usual chaos the only two times that matter are 12 noon Darling fell and 7 pm The George
Are folk getting their training in for this year's XOTF? Not running obviously, but guzzling fine ales and scoffing loads of spicy food :w00t:

Much training this weekend, it has been good
Been eating curry and drinking beer a lot the last couple of weeks, training is in full swing
I even had a drink last night - unheard of for me to have a drink on a school night under normal circumstance - it's going well
