Does anyone have any good recommendations? I'm looking for something with advice about strengthening, stretching, etc.

Try - Running Repairs - Paula Coates - isbn 9780713684971...fairly straightforward and not Fell specific, but not a bad starter...

The trigger point therapy workbook and a website - mobilitywod.com - I've found very useful. The trigger point book helps sort out niggles and injuries and mobilitywod.com shows how to sort out imbalances in positioning and range of movement that the site says helps to prevent injuries.
