Pick 4 runners from the lists, to a total cost of 13 pints. Post your team on this thread and that's it.
You've missed the first race, but that's ok - your team will pick up points from all the other races. There's a penalty for missing the first race though - you are only allowed 1 substitution during the season rather than 2.
