Thoroughly enjoyable race at Litton today, pretty pleased to be within 12 minutes of Simon Bailey's winning time of 49:49. I came in at 1:01:21, so that's 77 points please Daz. Also the end of my racing year, which has been thoroughly enjoyable despite not getting started until late April. Hope to meet some more of you on the fells next year.

Simon Bailey is a hard man to get decent points from. I was about 8 minutes behind him today, in 57'36". So that's 84 points from Litton Christmas Cracker. As with Sam, that's my last race of the year.

Hi Daz, please open my December account with 51 for Litton Christmas Cracker (1:14:01 compared with Simon Bailey's 0:49:49). I hope I can better that score at Bowstones if Simon doesn't turn up. I've got no chance of doing so at Helvellyn.

apologies for my inattention to this thread, but I have been sulking as I have not been able to run at all for the last 2 weeks due to a chest infection
I am now on antibiotics so hopefully back out there soon
I'd like to do Bowstones on New Year's Eve, but that's Lady Slugge's birthday so...
