'Spose it's like anything. A 5K is tough if you run it fast enough. My legs got wobbly round High Spy. For WP it isn't how he feels on the day, it's how quickly he recovers. The pace won't be fast round the Waltz, it's the up and down that get you. If you've done enough of this in training, you should recover fine.
