2nd counter of the 2008 British Champs this weekend.

Horrificly runnable route, not looking forwards to it at all. Fast course. The steep descent from Foel Goch slopes left so any weak left ankles will be found out. The final climb up Cynghorion just goes on and on, even tonight I was tricked into thinking I could see the top. Once down the steep descent it's not over, there's a good mile or 2 run out along tracks with a few slight inclines to hurt some more.

Think the plan is to nominate a pub for the evening drinks, the Dolbadarn in Llanberis, later on in the evening for those staying in the area. There's nothing special planned, no food, band etc, but it's just somewhere for people to get some beers in and meet up. The landlord is laying on extra staff to cope, so it'd be good if people could head there to make it worth while for him.
