I hope to get some more races unde rmy belt next year but would dearly love to get another one in before this year is out. Does anyone know of a 'nice' race I can try preferably up in North Wales area?

i've struggled with aches and pains everywhere since taking up fell running so yep, its pretty normal
Not sure of wales races, are you prepared to travel at all?
