2009 is my Grisedale year ~ I alternate it with the Ben.

Hope you all enjoy the 'extended' Ben this year running from the town and back

Oh, and no crossing the zigzags either this year

Thanks for the info, i'll ditch the walshes and inov8s and go for my road running shoes instead
