Did my long weekend run on Sunday, Trunce race Monday night and a short 30mins trot yesterday. Nowt planned and enforced rest until Saturday with my feet up as much as poss.

It's obviously a different sort of race to a 3Ps event but I don't think resting up is a bad idea even though it's only a **short**() 10miler.
