Yesterday's actually, the day after the HP40

1am: Woke up. Hungry. Knackered.
2am: French onion cup-a-soup, half a big bag of Stilton crisps (ate the rest Saturday evening), 1 scone with jam
Breakfast: 2 crumpets with cheese, 2 potato cakes with cheese
Lunch: 1 large tin baked beans (has to be Heinz, & for some reason yesterday I had to have them cold), 2 creme caramels
Mid-afternoon: Big bag of macadamia & cashew nuts
Evening: White wine, home-made lasagne, 2nd helpings, red wine.

10pm Bed. Still hungry. Still knackered.
