    Well I'm firmly in the DT camp on this; if I'd chosen not to run because of the odd twisted ankle, pulled calf and jarred knee in the past two years, I reckon I'd have been running for about a day and a half

    My rule of thumb is....

    If it hurts too much to run on it, don't run

    If it doesn't hurt too much, do

    Sharp stabbing pain is usually a no-no but dull aches or calf strains are fine
