    Swelling has gone down considerably thanks to icing and wearing a compression sock. Did a 5 mile run tonight including 2.5 mile @ tempo pace with no pain, swelling or otherwise. I must just be a drama queen as clearly it wasn't as bad as I thought. It did look it though.... honest
