    Cold breasts

Yep. there you have it. I get cold breasts.

not just cold, it's like I've got an extremely painful chill right inside my breasts and no amount of hugging or warming myself up with extra clothes will get rid of it. I think it may be a combination of sweat making my bra wet and wind chill. but then I've had the same pain just training in the gym without being very sweaty and has also happened on walks. trouble is, I have to wear a really supportive bra - without one would bring on a totally different type of pain. I will try a different make of bra when I come to buy another one, but I'm loathed to do that right now having recently bought 3 at some considerable cost!

and i'm not just whinging about a bit of pain, its pretty much debilitating, takes all my concentration away from running, and I totally lose all enthusiasm and joy for the run. I've tried all sorts to prevent it or speed up recovery, even a long hot shower doesn't remedy it sometimes, it just seems to take a while (what seems like hours) to go.

anyone got any useful (decent, practical) suggestions?
    anyone else suffering in silence?
