Today's Bike Ride

did Tour D'Ingleborough today on the mountain bike. 28 miles and only fell off 3 times though did crack my knee.
going out with Kent Valley Road Club tomorrow for a 40 mile memorial road ride (Derek Tunstall ride) to the top of Kentmere (if the knee has not seized up)

Now there's a name from the past. I remember Derek as a prolific organiser of inter-club ( KVRC, Barrow Central Wheelers, Lune RCC & Lancaster CC ) events in the 60's, 70's & 80's. Was not aware that he'd passed on. Respect!
