...smashed heel down on rock Saturday in a fast descent. Physio at finish line had a look, thought it might be bad bruising under the heel, in the pad that cushions impact. Very sore when walking on it, but no acute pain or pain when resting and slightly improved in past 24 hours. So hoping that means nothing broken.

Presume this is not uncommon. Anyone else experience this? Rest and cycling for a couple of weeks? Or push it?
