It’s good to know that you are seeing improvement. I’d caution to really take your time to ensure it’s really sorted. As for me it’s the same old same old. The steroids didn’t do much, still uncomfortable and achey. I’m seeing the consultant again and will ask about other options (surgery!?).
I’m trying to ignore all the races and running/cycling my friends are doing and really focus on climbing. But it’s just not the same!
