I ran the Waltz, followed by the 3Ps (then a marathon the week after that), and just took the whole lot nice and steady. If you feel up to it, you probably are, as long as you've got the climb and a few long runs, in your legs.

All that exertion set me up for quite a good season in '06. Legs didn't fall off til sept and about 50 races later.
