Ralph McTell was it, streets of london, teacher at junior school used to strum that to us, long time ago.

And Sainsty...Snowdons' a good one to get back into fast paced running...though I reckon you should (also?) be aiming for something a bit more fell-y...might be bit too soon but 1/2 tour o Pendle is a cracking good route and set-up.
