The only thing I am bit worried about is that this race is open to walkers too - I think they start about 10 mins after the runners or something..... I think some of them may beat me though!!

Two Fell Ponies did the Half Trog today, me and Manhar. He said he spotted another pony, who was it? Was a flippin good day and the weather was top notch. Thanks for the lift Manhar, you saved my Merry cycling legs
