    Anyone give me a post code/ pointer for the beginning of leg 2 so I can aa route finder it please? What time will people get there? Ta!

    Leg 2. 12.5 miles 1560ft of climbing. (Leg records. Men.Ian Holmes/Rob Jebb. Bingley 1.16.17. 2006. Ladies Jo Waity/Jo Smith.Calder Valley 2006)
    This is the longest and possibly the toughest leg. Start on the track on the N. side of the Long Causeway Road approx 20mtrs beyond the gate at G.R. 892292.This first section reverses the Haworth Hobble route across the Cant Clough Reservoir dam passes on the E. side of Hurstwood Reservoir to then climb the Gorple Road

    Moo, in case you are running with your PC, i'm Mixed Team, leg 4, running with speedy Josefa

    Story so far: (times approx)

    Leg 1:
    Mixed Team - 61 min (9th or 11th)
    Male Vets - 65 min
    Ladies - 93 min

    On Mixed Team for leg 2 we have Sparth and Carly

    Had a nice run on the first leg. Fantastic weather. No wind. Borrowdale set off in singlets. What will they do when it gets hot say at Wasdale?
