no

my alarm went off at 6:40am and I dragged myself out of bed after pressing snooze 3 million times at about 7:40am

Managed to get in a quick run over fields before brekkie

Got up at 9 Monday, worked Monday night, went to bed Tuesday morning at 7 up again at 12

Think i'll go back to bed again before kids get home from school

will probably do a quick 3 miler tonight...well I say quick, it's all relative thankfully

I could do with a week's sleep, gonna do a quick 3 miler myself tonight before work. Then i can go in the car (wimp)
